In sealing His people, God is giving them the armor they need to stand as tribulation surrounds them and the invincibility to march as a victorious army following the Lamb. Indeed, they come through with washed garments praising the Lord, for it was through the Lamb that was slain they are made clean and enter into eternal life.

It is evident from the New Testament authors that the Holy Spirit has actively been at work sealing God’s people. He knows how to seal us. We need to let Him do His work. In Revelation 7, we see a people who not only are sealed, but follow Jesus to victory. Amen.
