Please provide texts proving powers will be replaced. The Hebrew word for uprooted does mean displaced or extracted. I guess it could be interpreted to allow for replaced. I am open to legitimate Biblical proof. However, where are the descendants from from the three nations or people who were “uprooted”? Usually when something is uprooted, it withers and dies (destroyed). As described in Malachi 4:1 regarding the ultimate fate of the lost:
